As adults, they have combined their strengths - Rick overseeing the framing and sales, Tim dedicated to trim and details - to successfully partner this business. Andres Brothers builds each home with attention to detail, the use of quality products and the latest technology. Many of their suppliers and subcontractors have relationships with them that date back several years, bringing loyalty, trust and confidence into the company.
Rick and Tim believe in building a home people will love for years to come. They devote a lot of time to personal contact with their clients before, during and after the building process. Working one on one with individuals ensures everyone's goals are met, from budgeting to scheduling.
